Where can I see my profile?
You will find your user details on the ‘My Account’ page including a list of the courses you are enrolled in or completed as well as your progress in the course(s). You may also upload a profile picture and add details to your bio.
How do I navigate through the course?
The ‘My Account’ page displays all courses in which you have enrolled. Click on the course title and resume the module or lesson you wish to complete. Previously completed modules will have a green or blue check mark. Some courses proceed automatically to the next module, while others prompt you to ‘ Mark Complete’ before progressing. Be sure to complete all activities in a lesson before proceeding to the next to avoid being redirected to the previous module.
How do I navigate the quizzes?
Answer all questions in the quiz even if you’re not sure of the answer. An unanswered question is automatically marked as a wrong answer. Some quizzes allow you to use the check answers to see which questions were answered right or wrong. If a quiz offers multiple attempts, click ‘Retry quiz’ to try again. The number of allowed attempts will be displayed on the quiz. Quizzes with unlimited attempts do not display a number. Only the final quiz results will be recorded in the course grade.
How do I receive my certificate?
A link to download the certificate of participation will be displayed immediately after completing the course’s final module. Certificates earned are also listed in the user’s profile on the ‘My Account’ page and multiple downloads are allowed as long as the user has course access. Certificates are not stored in the IWIN database, therefore it is the user’s responsibility to download the certificate for their records as soon as they finish a course.
I ran out of time but still want to finish the course
Each course gives you a time frame (usually 90 days) to complete all course materials. with the exception of corporate clients. Users who receive access through their employer will immediately lose all access on termination notice from the employer, i.e. personal and learning data will deleted.
